This was somewhat of an unexpected surprise for me. I enjoyed the book and had never before read a book compiled of lots of little interconnected stories. I enjoyed the book overall although I felt there was a bit of a lull in the middle but it soon picked up again and finished strongly.
The stories were really very good and highlight haw a community overlaps and interconnects.
I would definitely recommend this book and would happily buy as a gift for friends and family.
The book is nicely sized, compact and easy to hold and read considering it is a hardback which I usually do not favour. I like the cover it is a nice colour and very eye catching. It definitely stands out and would attract your attention.
I’d gladly read similar books to this in the future and would be interested to read more work from this author as I liked the writing style very much.
