The story us beautifully written with lots of subtle details which the reader can totally relate to.
Each chapter is a month in a year and features different residents of various houses which all overlook or are linked to Victoria Park, and shows how their lives are intertwined with each other, which I found really interesting especially when they appeared to be complete strangers to each other.
There are some powerful, emotional scenes in this book, and the ending is so beautiful but so sad at the same time.
I found the author's writing style was fast-paced and easy to read. I completed it in four days as I was totally captivated by the characters and the beautiful, descriptive writing.
The author has created a wonderful story which makes you feel good after reading it, and it was just what I needed to read. Highly recommended!
