I loved this book and really enjoyed reading it. I am familiar of the area of Victoria Park in London and was intrigued as to the storyline knowing the environment.
The characters of the Victoria Park community are described to the reader over the course of a year and how they are all connected to each other's lives.
I found the characters interesting and true to life and much detail was given by the author that you could picture the character in that short space of a chapter.The outcomes of the characters situations are not always told by the author in the story but this makes you wonder what happened next and I like that with a story...maybe all will be revealed in a future novel, I hope so as I really enjoyed this writer.
This book was much more interesting than I thought it would be with a good feel to it. I would definitely recommend this book.
