This looked to me to be a moving, uplifting debut about the lives of those people with declining health. It follows the difficulties and desperate lives of twelve such people over 12 months of their lives. Sadly these are problems we all will all have to face as we age and its a time that requires many different ways to solve these problems.
So I was very happy to pick up this book and start reading.
The first chapter October Smoking Salmon was quite entertaining and I continued on to November which was a story featuring Daniel.
After a few pages that were all run of the mill Daniel does a break in and comes across a dead body the author then goes into great detail as to how Monty looked...
Right that was enough for me !!! I want a book that makes me feel good not one that I find offensive, Call me a prude if you like but this book is definitely not one for me.
