The first sentence "I love..." has definintely surprised me. Reading into it has brought my attention even more to it. Usually first persons claims are in an ordinary life story of a women in her 30s, but not this one. Since the first chapter, the writer has reassured the reader of the amazing story line and what to expect from the remaining story!
