I really liked the story. The world was built very well and I liked the characters too. I love reading this genre of books and each one is interesting in its own way. Here in this story I liked the reference to King Arthur and Welsh mythology. Besides, all this exciting intrigue about our main character, which her mother abandoned her as a baby so that she could protect her from some supernatural powers, was very interesting to me. Ivy has definitely experienced some changes that she never even thought possible. The story itself is read smoothly, at times you can't wait for the next chapter, but there are also moments that somehow just aren't in place. I liked the ending, but I wish there was more. At least I was left with this feeling that there was more to be desired from the story. (so maybe it's not finished yet.. 🤔😊) However, if you like a similar genre of books, I recommend you take your time for this book as well. The story will definitely fascinate and excite you.
