The tag line and cover of this novel didn't appeal and I almost didn't read on but I'm glad I did.
The characters are well drawn and engaging, with a real sense of place- a small town setting where everyone knows everyone and everything, or at least think they do. I'm intrigued as to what will happen to these characters and would like to read the whole novel.
