I'm not entirely sure why Reader's First is asking us to review a children's picture book.
Given the topic of the other book also up for first impression (Mania) I do wonder if this is some sort of social experiment or joke.
Norman seems a very nice penguin, I enjoyed the play on words, and I'm sure the book and illustrations will be very appealing to parents with young children.
