This book is so eye catching focusing on colours particularly black and white. It is a very interactive book that helps you engage with toddlers. It’s a big book that has clear illustrations. It’s very repetitive which is brilliant for little children and it is also very silly and funny. We meetNorman the penguin who dresses up and engages in different activities like skating, trampolining, juggling , spinning in circles. The language is simple and uses lots of adjectives so your child can join in . It would be great to read to a group of children so they could engage with each other and maybe discuss what they like doing. There are a lot of question marks so ideas can come from the children. It would make a lovely present and also if you’re like me and enjoy childrens books it’s great , it certainly makes you smile . I hope I see it being read on CBeebies .
