This was a really cute toddler / early learning picture book by John Kane.
Read one of these before with my nephew and he loved it.
He really enjoyed this one too.
Big, bold drawings, simplistic in nature and brightly coloured to engage young readers interest.
The text was bold and repetitive on each page, mentioning the action or activity of the preceding page to keep the storyline fresh in a child's mind to aid concentration on the text.
Sweet, silly and wacky, all the right ingredients for young children.
This is perfect for reading aloud one to one with a child or maybe even for play groups or nursery school group reads.
Either way it was a hit with my nephew and his attention span is short and hard to capture.
Definitely a good read for a child with low attention span as it's not overlong but engaging enough to gain their interest.
Will definitely will be re read.
