Nowadays more and more school staff are using picture books to teach the children stuff. I do this myself. So when I read this book I realised that this was going to be one such book.
This book I can use to help with the teaching of colours, animals and question answering.
While reading the book, you will notice that the sentences on the page start of quite short and as you go further into the book there I more to read.
This book is also ideal for children that are newly independent readers as this is quite a good book to use, it's also perfect for a family bedtime story.
The colours that are used are lovely and work well for a picture book.
I liked how on every page there she plenty to look at and plenty of things to talk about.
I plan on taking this book to the zoo and read it to the children by the penguin enclosure as I think they will like this. Thank you for the copy of the book.
