I say ooh, you say aah was a little bit on the weird side for myself and my kids in all honesty, so I was a bit unsure whether 'What is black and White' would be a little too similar. Luckily we really enjoyed this one, definitely more so than the first book!
I'd say that it was aimed at younger children, as my 6 year old I feel wouldn't enjoy it if she were any older than her 6 years. For this reason we passed it onto family with toddlers and this has fast become their favourite book!
The text is bold and easy to read which is perfect for bedtime reading when the lights are dim. It's ideal in length for this also. It's lively enough to grab the attention of even the most energetic of toddlers and has been enjoyed by many of my younger family members since passing it down to them a few weeks ago.
