What can I say, this wasn't what I was expecting, I couldn't stop laughing. This book is a great read for little ones and big ones alike, it brings back silly memories of penguin jokes. Although it is a very simple reading book it is great read aloud to the children. The author has a good way of making his books interactive with children, his other book I say Oh you say No was the first of his that I read, although this was funny too, I do prefer the penguin, maybe because of the typical joke about what is black and white.
This is definitely worth a read, if only for a laugh out loud moment, I think that maybe adults would find it more hilarious than really young children, possibly from 4 upwards will probably get the joke but younger than that would probably enjoy looking at the pictures, which are really funny too.
