This story is about a marriage crisis where the married couple in question have unfortunately separated. Jack thinks that it is Laura’s fault but this is not what Laura thinks. Jack tries to explain to Laura why he thinks this and get his point across to her but she doesn’t really let him. This story seems to be told through Jack’s diary and still somehow manages to tell the story of the breakdown of the marriage from both Jack and Laura’s side/point of view.
The cover is what initially drew me into the book and it ended up being a wittingly sarcastic story which I enjoyed. The book was quite quick to fly through and read as it is only just over three hundred pages and I love being able to read a book in such a short amount of time as it gives me the opportunity to read even more books!
