I love the character development in this book, each character adds flavour and are so relatable. The way that the main character explains her life is so funny and down to Earth. I'm sure a lot of mummy's have been through this with their teenage children, and deserve a medal (and/or a drink). The way it's written makes it casual, light and easy to read, would love to read more of this book and other 'Why Mummy...' books from this author.
