I don’t have kids but I do love reading books like this which are based on real life, rather than perfect families and pristine relationships where everything is amazing and so untrue. I love the sarcastic tone from the get go and this sounds like a great read. The only thing that doesn’t really draw me in is the front cover, so I’m glad I read the snippet rather than judging the illustrations
