I was really excited to read this book. I loved the cover and how it ties in with the other books as well as the title.
I found this book absolutely hilarious and just what I needed! It made me laugh out loud and I found it totally relatable.
I really enjoy Gill Simms' writing style, it is very witty and humorous.
This is the fourth book in the series and the kids have now grown up. Ellen is a single parent and feeling a bit lost. Raising teenagers can be just as challenging as raising little ones which Ellen is finding out. However she is also having to deal with her ex husband and his new girlfriend. I like how honest it is as we can all have days like she does.
It is a really fun, light-hearted, and comical read that just gives you that bit of escapism which we all need at the moment. It's a shame that this is the last book in the Why Mummy series as have thoroughly enjoyed.
