Another great addition to this series by Gill Simms that is the final instalment of the Why Mummy series. We follow the life of Ellen who seems to have lost her way slightly as her children as about the finish school and move onto new pastures. She has to deal with all the drama that comes with the life of teens.

As someone who is the child in this situation recently it really made me think about the way my parents may have felt about the situation. However this series wasn't particularly relevant to my life and this made it hard to connect to it at times.

That being said parts of the story as very funny and made me laugh which was nice. I have passed this on to my mum who I am sure will enjoy this way more than I could appreciate. This books fills a gap we seldom see in the grown up children area.

I'm sure for many people this series will be really relatable and enjoyable but i just am not currently that person
