Was laughing all the way through this book can really relate to sooo much of Ellen’s and her friends life’s, from poor Hannah and her late in life baby and her struggles with motherhood the second time around (she already has two teenagers).
And then there’s her love life (or lack of in this case) it’s quite funny the things she thinks but doesn’t actually say. Her family is a split one (their getting divorced after her husband’s infidelity) but I was thinking quite early on that they were going to get back together, they have just such an easy going relationship and the children are always put first. Peter is a classic laid back teenage boy with his gaming and his new interest (GIRLS)...
Jane is the eldest finishing her exams and the agonising wait to see if she made it into university. I found the shopping for university so funny as I related to it so much.
Overall I loved this book and just waiting on delivery of her other books
