Lovely read
This book is so amusing! This book really goes into the pains of having a teenager, i found it all so funny. I was particularly excited about reading this book having heard so much about Gill Sims. If you have younger siblings, especially a teenager you truly will relate.
The teenagers seem to suffer, facing the change from childhood to adulthood whilst their mother themselves faces almost a mid life crisis, something a lot of us can relate to at least one point in our lives.
For someone who loves a good read as a form of escapism from the world now and then, i would definitely recommend this book and in fact many of Gill Sims other novels which all are really amazing. i definitely had a lot of laughing out loud moments with this book and to an extent the ending was predictable but nonetheless i really enjoyed reading it and interacting with some of the very realistic issues discussed in the book.
