I remember first looking at this book a few years ago whilst browsing on a bookstore and just opening it to figure it out. I stood there for ten minutes silently reading and laughing, the pages building up; but then I placed it back down again and left the store. I thought about that book for the next few weeks, but eventually I forgot about it. Until a week ago, when I found a copy online and ordered it. I received it yesterday and read the entire thing proper, still laughing at the same lines and feeling a sense of nostalgia. The read was worth it and I loved the mc with all my heart and soul. The style of the writing feels like looking into someone's diary, and it jolts me into perspective of what it's like for a mother to look after her kids who are always being needy. Loved the book, loved the read, loved the characters. Definitely recommend for a hearty laugh!
