I love how this reads, almost like a diary entry, really getting into the innermost thoughts and feelings of the character. Its such a personal way of writing that makes the story even more relatable as you recognise thoughts you've often had yourself, and usually been scared to admit, adding an element of justification. I love the random thoughts and ideas that come out of nowhere for Ellen and the crazy overthinking is just so relatable and realistic. I can totally see myself in it all as my mind wanders, feeling grateful nobody can hear my thoughts and how crazy I must sound at times.

Every Mother can instantly see herself in this story. The sleepless nights, the reality of the strain on relationships, the juggling and the judgment. It is so relatable and true, relieving any guilt as you realise you're not the only one and giving the comic relief needed amongst the every day stresses of life as you scream "YES! Someone gets it!"
