I have read the other 3 books in the series and can say that this is just as good as all the others. I thought it was very good and amusing. There are lots of funny parts like when Ellen offered to give her friend a break by looking after her toddler and him causing chaos in the house, the new male neighbour and their relationship and her daughter's driving test day. It was also good to have mention of Ellen's sister and Simon's sister as they are both hilarious characters. Ellen is such a great character and has a really good humour and sarcasm about her. It is funny seeing how she relates to Jane and Peter as teenagers and how they relate to her. The ending is not what I expected it would be so it made a nice surprise and hopefully there will be another book in the series yet. Can always rely on these books to put a smile on your face and very relatable to parents.
