I think this may be a sequel or something which didn't help but this completely isn't my sort of story, it's a clique-y real life type story following a single mum's attempt to get through her crazy life.
If you like this genre of story I think you'll like this, the characters are realistic, as as the everyday crises and plot points contained in these few chapters.
Even I can relate to some of the office politics and the trials of getting through the chaos of the day.
Weirdly there is very little mention of the events and draws from the blurb, other than a slight foreshadowing on the best friend scenario, but it doesn't really hold up or grab my attention enough to want to know where it's headed or how the characters evolve.
