I’d not read anything by this author before I read the first one and I liked that one so thought I would give this one a try.
It tells the story of the main character, and her experience through life, children, men and friends and crazy Auntie Kaths! I love all the characters in this - they are so relatable and likeable in their own way! Even the other school mums.
Some serious and sensitive topics addressed in here but that only made the book even more enjoyable and I can’t wait to find out what the third story has in store for the narrator and Lila. Lila seems a little sweetheart - and an intelligent one at that! So it will be lovely to see how she grows and develops in that one. Also, not only to see if there are any more children!
