I loved Louise Pentland's first book Wilde Like Me and couldn't wait to catch up with Robin and her family.
After struggling to try and sort her life out in the first book, it's nice to see that not everything worked out perfectly for Robin, and I enjoyed how realistic and true to life this is. It also the Robin flair - meaning that it's full of hilarious moments!
As Robin tries to juggle being a good friend, mother, build a romantic relationship and pursue a career the book explores the highs and lows of being a single parent in the modern day world. I especially like the close relationship between Robin and Kath. I love the way they want to support each other and help each other find happiness. Overall this is a lovely, honest and hilarious read!
