I absolutely love the character of Robin Wilde and the story of how she tackles single motherhood and a career.
After reading the first book in the series I just knew I had to pick the second one up and I am so glad that I did. Robin Wilde and her daughter Lyla are both such normal, relatable characters that you can't help but fall in love with them.
I particularly love the way that the book, whilst fun and exciting also tackles subjects that are still quite taboo in this day in age but does so in a way that makes them readable yet real. I also love the female empowerment and female friendships and relationships that are involved in this book.
I love Louise Pentland's writing style as it is funny, relatable and just so delightful to read. I loved every minute of this reading experience as much as I did with the first book in the series.
