This book has the potential to be good holiday read. The story is about Robin, who is made up because her boss has let her fill in for her in her absence from work. She is a hard working, modern single mum, who is juggling all life throws at her. Her seven year old daughter keeps her feet planted firmly on the ground. Robins love life is a bit hit and miss and is a source of both amusement and interest to her best friend. She comes up against the usual gripes from her work colleagues, especially as she is the one who was chosen to fill in for the boss in her absence. With the help of a menopausal Aunt, who loves making bath bombs (and a mess) and a friend who is desperate to become pregnant, this book is a winner.
