I'm a big fan of this type of book and this sounds like it would be right up my street. The main character comes across as very relatable and quite likeable and from even the first few chapters you get a real sense of who she is and the relationship with her daughter and Aunt.
The writing makes for some easy reading and while it didn't immediately hook me I would like to read more.
