After watching Louise on YouTube for many years, I began to really enjoy her message about body image and confidence. So I kinda guessed that it would feature in her book. I was right and wrong. It didn't go into depth about body image but it definitely went into detail about self confidence. It was funny and serious at the same time - a real roller coaster if you ask me.
The language she uses is very casual and a chatty tone. I quite liked it because it was different to other books and authors that I have previously read.
For me, the chapters were a little on the long side, but I'm someone who prefers chapters to be a little shorter. Regardless, I loved the book. Not sure if I'll be buying the second book of this series though.
