There aren’t many books I manage to devour in one sitting but this one had me hooked and I literally couldn’t put it down. Robin Wilde is instantly loveable, relatable and enviable. On the surface she has life pretty well sorted and ticking along underneath she’s a self deprecating lonely lady.
Stepping into Robins world and meeting her friends & family (LOVE aunt Kath) is like stepping into somewhere you’ve been all your life. It’s familiar and warm and welcoming and just envelops you in. It’s really good to see how she develops as a character, finding her feet and pulling herself out of the darkness. When I finished the book I wanted more.... I wanted to know what was next but that’s completely ok as it’s a trilogy.
