I originally picked this book up as I have been a long time fan of Louise Pentland, but I never expected to enjoy it so much. As a young girl, who has not got a child, I didn't have many expectations about a book aimed at 'yummy mummies' however it made for an interesting read. There were definitely some things that I would change such as the somewhat weak plot but for a first novel it is fairly enjoyable. If you are familiar with Louise and her YouTube channel you will definitely see similarities between the main character and Louise, in terms of personality and style of talking. I think the book is fairy autobiographical, which makes the book slightly deeper. I don't think that I will be expecting Louise to turn from influencer to author but I might pick up more of her work if that's what she decides to do. I recommend this book to future or present mothers as I think it may be more relatable for you :)
