Wilde Like Me manages to draw you into the world of Ms Robin Wilde and her hilarious daughter, Lula.

Louise Pentlands writing style is wonderful, engaging and flows naturally through the book. It's the perfect book to curl up on the sofa with a cup of tea and packet of biscuits.

I rooted for the character of Robin Wilde throughout and the description of "the emptiness" filled me with empathy for this character who you just want to hug. Robin is an inspirational character and Louise isn't scared to explore the darker side of her emotions which makes Robin much more realistic.

A strong debut novel by Louise Pentland with the promise of more to come. Fingers crossed a fairy tale ending comes to this heroine.
