This book has a lot of focus of medical terminology, but it is done in a way that is easy to understand. It is cleverly written, with comedy sprinkled into the more serious subject matter. This shines a light on medical conditions, and has a reasonably accurate portrayal of how doctors deal with you as a child. It is accessible and manages a light tone while also portraying the seriousness of the story.
