Having had parents who have had cancer, one of whom has had radiotherapy (which is similar to the therapy described in this book), the story in this book really hits close to home with me. Written from the perspective of a teenager going through something awful like cancer, and a rare cancer at that, is interesting, gripping and the first impression has definitely left me wanting more. I want to know what music Frank plays, if something is going on between Frank and Callie and whether the treatment ultimately works. And I want to shake Linda and tell her to get her priorities straight! Love the cover as well. Definitely one I want to read!!
