I really wanted to read this book and I'm so glad I had a chance to get a copy to review. I wasn't disappointed Ross is the kid that wants to be normal but is actually far from normal he is a credit to those around him. He has lost his mom to the dreaded cancer and then to find out he now has it and that his cancer is rare. But hey that small thing is not going to stop him. He gets a hat and earns the fabulous nickname Cowboy Ross. He has fantastic friends Abby slightly wacky but hey that's cool. She is really there for him when he needs it. And then Frank the radiation guy who also plays the guitar and gives Ross a focus away from his treatment. Ross is a funny guy thanks to Rob with laugh out load humour thrown into the pages to make this book so much fun to read with a serious topic.
