First off I love the title of the book and how colourful it is. You will come to know why it was so aptly named this, when you start reading it.Wow this book is brilliant, a fabulous portrayal of a child who gets diagnosed with cancer. It's written in the child's view and how it affects him, from the emotions and feelings to the looks and stares, the modern day ridicule. I love the little cartoon pictures that pop up along the way. I was not sure what to expect with this book. It has certainly surprised me. I definitely had a few laughs along the way. It has good strong characters and a believable story line. It is an excellent book and easy to read. I couldnt put down it would be fab for an older child as well as adults
