Honestly I did not really expect much from this book however, I did not actually mind it I thought it was a cute kid's book that would be amazingly insightful for the intended audience. So for me the story fell flat, i feel like there was not enough character development meaning I wasn't invested or at all interested to see where the plot was going to go, overall the book was quite boring in my opinion as there wasn't actually that much going on and the story felt quite repetitive. However, I will say that I am clearly not the intended audience which this book was written for and overall I think the author did an amazing job at making such a difficult topic easier for a younger audience to process and understand.
