Although the blurb doesn't give away much, the beautiful and fun cover promises a vibrant story. The writing is very familiar, laced with Spanglish phrases and words (handy that I am half Spanish) and immediately draws you in. I'm interested to see how the topic of food is woven into the story and I don't often read about characters with my own name, Angelica.
