I found the first introduction I had into this book really interesting. This sample introduces Emoni who is a teen mother of 2 year old Emma. Being a teen mother would definitely have a strong effect on her whole life and I assume this novel tells the story of her journey into motherhood while Emoni discovers her path.
The writing of this book is absolutely captivating. I loved the author’s style of writing as it made me focus keenly on the book and the author’s explicit descriptive methods.
I totally love the plot and the side characters of this book. I loved the sneak peek I got about Emoni’s mother and Angelica because the story builds alongside with the side characters at such an early stage.
