This excerpt had me hooked from the first page. Not only was I immediately intrigued by what happened to Matthew, Sara herself is one of the most fascinating characters I have read about recently. I am intrigued to see how exactly she maintains nonchalance and, of course, why her husband was murdered. The writing was incredibly gripping and I would definitely read this book.
