I already heard about David Jackson's books. And I heard that they are amazing. So It's a very nice opportunity to read one of this books. From the beginning I can see,that book is full with a dark humour and surprises. Cody is much more relatable than your standard damaged detective. Jackson does a great job of putting the reader inside Cody’s head which ratchets up the suspense, the shocks and the drama considerably. I read a lot of crime books,and usually you can what plot is about. But this book,is different. I would love to read it!!
