There is a current trend in books to operate from multiple perspectives, and whilst this one isn't any different, the beginning is well structured and thought out. There are clear differences and - currently - boundaries between the characters, and seeing further interactions will be interesting. Having a family member decide to solve things themselves is not unusual, but what is here is that we are given someone who seems capable of doing so. Intriguing.
