I really wanted to love this book, I love a thriller.
The character development was quite poor - I didn't particularly care about reading about any of them - which I guess makes sense for a thriller.. who really likes to like characters in a murder story?
I do wish the plot was a little more solid, this would have made it easier to engage while reading, I'd have been a lot more reluctant to put it down and pick it back up.
I found myself finding it really difficult to pick back up once I put it down. Probably ideal for those that enjoy the suspense building up over a long period and who doesn't mind guessing who the killer is! Unfortunately, figuring out the killer pretty early on really ruins a thriller for me. Sorry!
