'Your Deepest Fear' moves fast and it makes you feel like you're watching a movie throughout the book. Its own chapters are divided as if they were scenes and I do hope it reaches the big screen. And odd to Stephen King's 'It', yet lighter, a pleasant read. Hard to stop until you reach the end, as David Jackson reveals the whole drama smoothly and not in a stereotypical way of pointing out the obvious just to twist it the end. A psychological thriller, well constructed with empathic characters, which is not always an easy job in this kind of novels. Far better than my first expectations. I had absolutely no idea where the mystery was heading, but loved how the anti hero plays the protagonist, managing to carefully plant all his steps. Definitely recommend.
