Very fast pace. The book starts off with Sara Prior, she has recently broken up with her husband, Matthew. After visiting her parents in Copenhagen she comes home to a very strange message on her answer phone from Matthew. As she goes to his house to investigate, she finds Matthews body, he has been crucified.. As Sara starts to investigate herself, the case starts to get personal and very twisted for DS Nathan Cody. This really reminded me of Criminal Minds tv series! It was one of those books were it’s a bit creepy and you turn around to see if theres any one standing behind you, ha! I felt really invested in the main character DS Nathan Cody, he’s a very likeable character and I’m looking forward to finding out what happens to him in the next book. This book is a very good psychological thriller! Defo a one to read! I’d give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 out of 5!
