Absolutely loved this book. Felt like I was really there with the characters. Sarah the main woman in it is just brilliant. It is quick paced, gripping and kept you on the edge of your seat.
Cody the detective has issues which he tries to address in this book, but they aren't helped by the fact the 'clowns' killer who tortured him previously is hell bent on stalking him.
Sarah is the wife of the deceased and proper kicks the butt of the bad guys, I loved it!!! She gets in deeper and deeper but will not rest until she finds out who executed her husband. Meanwhile the police believe she is the culprit and try to pin it on her, but cody seems to have a soft spot for her as he sees himself in her character.
Its such a good read with he woman being a really strong character. I couldn't recommend it more. And I cannot wait to read more books by this author. 5* for me. Brilliant!!!
