When I heard there was another book being released by David Jackson, I was super excited to get stuck into it. The DS Cody series has so far been great, although this novel could standalone you would get so much more out of it by reading his prior novels first.
It is a fast-paced book, with short chapters, easy to devour and extremely addictive. Incredible chilling and extremely disturbing novel and story-line, it has already made me want to read even more by Jackson. A brilliant addition to the series, a book of many twists and turns, and highly addictive. It's difficult to delve into this book without divulging too much information - but the fact it revolves around DS Cody is fabulous. I loved it and highly recommend it.
