I just could not finish this book and it had so much promise. I guess next time I won't judge a book by it's cover. It started off well but the conversations between Hildy and Paul just became tiresome and boring and I wanted to strangle both of them! It was just very predictable and unforgettable. Which is such a shame as the premise was so promising and original. I just wish the editor had let it stay that way and not let the cliches etc get in the way of a good story. The only thing I liked was Hildy's character; nervous and awkward, quirky. I could relate to that part of her character. I just despised Paul. He wasn't funny or clever and his smart alec answers just reminded me of someone I went to school with who I despised too! I hope that the next book I receive from Readers First will be a good one.
