I really loved this book, from the preview pages I was intrigued by these two stark contrast characters and how they would get on asking these 36 questions.
This is a beautiful heart warming quick read - with beautiful cover art - which I devoured! The incorporation of script style dialogue is a great way to get to know the characters and did not compromise any of the scene setting or story line.
Quirky but lovable Hildy hears about a psychological experiment in which two strangers will be paired together to answer 36 questions to see if a relationship can be manufactured, and once she gets over her nerves she is all in! 'Honor bound' in fact!
Mysterious Paul signs up just for the $40.
This book took me a little while to warm up to the characters but by the end I did not want the book to end. After tears, laughter, misunderstandings and an incident involving a fish Hildy and Paul finally make it to the end of the 36 questions! And after finishing it this afternoon I was left smiling to myself!
